5 – What is Hot Stamping, Cold Stamping and Security Holograms?
Hot Stamping is a film that uses a printing technique that transfers metallic effects to surfaces using heat and pressure. Cold Stamping is similar, but does not use heat and is used in narrow-web flexographic machines. Security Holograms are metallic effects with optical effects used as security measures to prevent counterfeiting of documents and products in general.

We have an ideal line for applying metallic effects in hot-stamping to satin ribbons.
7 – Do you manufacture toner ribbons?
We have an ideal line for applying metallic effects to toner.
8 – Do you have a physical catalog?

9 – Would you like to know more about ribbon, what is it?
Ribbon is a type of ribbon used in thermal printers to transfer ink to paper. It is widely used in product labeling and coding due to its durability and print quality. Crown do Brasil does not work with this type of product.
10 – What is the MX line for?
The MX GreenFoil line is very versatile and is currently used for application in leather, textile products and toner.
11 – What is the difference between MA and MX?
The main difference between MA was developed for application in polyethylene lamination and toner. The MX Line for leather, textile products and toner.

Crown do Brasil’s exchange and return policy was created with the intention of ensuring the satisfaction of each of our customers and preserving the rights of all involved. Therefore, we rely on the criteria established by the Consumer Protection Code in preparing what follows.
General considerations
• First of all, all questions regarding exchanges or returns must be sent, as soon as possible, to our email contato@crowndobrasil.com.br.
• The consumer is legally protected and has the right to be assisted in requests for exchange due to defects or cancellation of purchase, always within the criteria and deadlines established by the CDC. However, returning products without prior communication, with non-compliant invoice, after the deadline, with damage to the original packaging or with missing items or accessories, will imply in reshipment to the customer, causing losses to the same.
• Requests to cancel a purchase or exchange a product due to a defect will be accepted within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the product.
• All products returned to Crown do Brasil will undergo an analysis in an attempt to detect the defect mentioned (in the case of exchange due to defect) or damage that may damage the product for future customers (in the case of cancellation of purchase). If no defect is found or if it is identified that the product has been damaged, it will be returned to the customer (in the case of exchange due to defect, proving that it does not exist).
• Products must be sent to Crown do Brasil via Correios, following the instructions sent by our Relationship Channel contato@crowndobrasil.com.br .
• The customer must refuse to receive the order if the packaging is open or damaged.

Payment
Crown do Brasil works with different payment options with the intention of offering you options so that you can decide which one best suits your needs. Learn about the payment methods in our store:
Credit Card
We work with the following brands: Mastercard / VISA / Hipercard / Elo / Dinners .
Payment approval is usually quick and, almost always, within a matter of minutes your order is approved and forwarded to the next stage, which is packaging and shipping.
For your security, all purchases made with a credit card are subject to registration analysis. If necessary or if any information needs to be supplemented, our Customer Service Center can contact you by phone or email.
Bank Slip
After confirming the order, a slip will be generated and displayed with all the information required to make the payment. To do so, simply print the slip and pay at any bank or lottery agency; or you can use the numerical sequence on the slip to pay through Internet Banking at the bank where you are a current account holder.
• Pay attention to the payment date: it is important to pay by the due date indicated on the bill. There is no need to wait until the due date: the sooner you pay, the faster your order will be released.
• If you need a second copy of the invoice, simply log in, click on “My Orders” and select the order you wish to access.
• Payment confirmation is done automatically by the bank and may take up to 2 (two) business days. Don’t worry about sending the receipt: you will receive this information via the registered email address.
• If the invoice is not paid by the printed due date, the order will be automatically cancelled. If you wish to place the order again, you will need to select each product again and start the process from the beginning again.
Deliveries
Shipping Calculation
The shipping cost is related to the dimensions and weight of the product, the distance from the delivery location and the delivery method (PAC/Sedex or SEDEX10). Shipping is calculated during the purchase process. At a certain point, you will be asked to enter the zip code to which you want your order delivered. The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost and the result of this calculation will be added to the purchase amount, thus forming the total amount to be paid. Please note that in some cases the post office limits the service service area.
Carrier
The carrier option chosen in the store is the sole responsibility of the buyer, both in choosing the company that will carry out the transport and in the shipping cost and delivery time.
